Chemical analysis:
- Determination of impurities and major elements via ICP-OES analysis
Metallographic analysis:
- Macro- and micrographic analysis of material structures using optical and stereo microscopes
- Grain size and structure analysis
Process control of dimension:
- Thickness

- Diameter
