- Reducible to +/- 5% for special products

- Reel length up to 20 km without junctions
- Maximum outer diameter for slit pads 600mm
Mechanical Properties:
- Hard material with R > 350
- Annealed material with R < 260
- Special materials available on request (with grain uniformity analysis)
Surface
- Special annealing process ensures absence of oil (measurable in mg/m2)
- Flatness < 5 i-units
- Degreased hard products on request
Production Process

Silver foils
Materials:
- Silver (up to 99.99% purity, with impurity control in PPB)
- Silver alloys with different Cu proportions
Dimensions:
- Thickness from 8 microns
- Thickness tolerance up to +/- 3%
- Minimum width 1 mm
Sizes:
- Plastic or cardboard reels with high flatness
- Tapes, foils, discs or customised profiles available on request
Mechanical Properties:
- Soft foils with HV < 60
- Hard foils with HV > 75
- Mechanical properties with narrow tolerance ranges for special applications
Surface
- Specular surface with very low surface roughness
- The absence of surface impurities guarantees the highest level of polishability
- Anti-scratch protection film available
Production Process

Copper laminated foils
Materials:
- 4 types of brass (CuZn)
- 2 types of bronze (CuSn)
- 2 types of nickel silver - alpacca (CuNiZn) available
- Other special alloys with high heat resistance available on request
Dimensions:
- Thicknesses from 8 microns
- Thickness tolerance depends on the alloy type and can be customised
Sizes:
- Coil length up to 20 km without joints
- Maximum outer diameter for slit pads 600mm
Mechanical Properties:
- Tensile strength up to 800 MPa
- Guaranteed mechanical resistance up to 200°C
Surface
- Low roughness (< 0.1my Ra)
- Tin plating and silver plating on request
