Copper laminated foils
Materials:
- Combinations of various types of copper and its alloys
- Selection of adhesives and polymers tailored to specific ranges of required mechanical and/or thermal properties
Dimensions:
- From a minimum thickness of 8 microns
- Standard thickness tolerance +/- 10%, reducible to +/- 5% in special products
- Width 6-350mm
Formats:
- Master, Jumbo, and Pads with a maximum outer diameter of 1m
- Spools with a maximum outer diameter of 480mm (tape length > 100km based on the thickness)
Mechanical Properties:
- Annealed material with R < 260
- Depending on the combinations it can reach elongations of more than 20% on ultra-thin material
Surface
- The annealing process remove the presence of oil
- Flatness < 5 i-units

Aluminium laminated foils
Materials:
- Various alloys available
- Selection of adhesives and polymers tailored to specific ranges of required mechanical and/or thermal properties
Dimensions:
- Lamination up to 5 layers of films with super-thin thicknesses based on requirements
- Standard thickness tolerance +/- 10%
Formats:
- Master, Jumbo, and Pads with a maximum outer diameter of 1m
- Spools with a maximum outer diameter of 480mm (tape length > 100km based on the thickness)
Mechanical Properties
- Depending on the combinations it can reach elongations of more than 70%
- Peel-test available upon request
Surface:
- Custom lubrication with a minimum friction coefficient and maximum residue reduction

Materials:
- 100% PET - Available in various options: non-conductive, water-blocking, and semi-conductive
Dimensions:
- Various thicknesses available depending on the required grammage, typically starting from 40 microns
Sizes:
- Depending on the type, Master, Jumbo, and Pads typically up to 450mm
- Spools typically up to 380mm in diameter
Mechanical Properties:
- Depending on the type, tensile loads exceeding 40N/cm
- Typically elongation exceeding 12%
