Brazing fluxes
Effective solutions for every application
GALFLO fluxes are designed to ensure the effective removal of oxides and to promote a clean, uniform, and reliable brazing process on a wide range of metals and alloys.
Thanks to continuous research and development, Pietro Galliani has expanded its product range with increasingly high-performance solutions, fully compliant with the latest environmental and safety regulations.
OUR FLUX PRODUCT LINES
GALFLO Eco Green – The evolution of safety and sustainability
The new GALFLO Eco Green line represents the latest achievement in our ongoing research on brazing fluxes.
Formulated to combine maximum technical efficiency with environmental responsibility, this range completely eliminates the repro-toxic risk phrases H360 and H361.
Eco Green products are free from boric acid and contain an optimized level of borates, ensuring the best brazing performance without compromising on safety.
Fully REACH compliant, they are available in powder, paste, and coated rods, to meet every production requirement.
GALFLO Cleantech
The Cleantech line was developed to meet the needs of customers looking for boric acid-free fluxes while maintaining performance comparable to standard formulations.
These products are free from the H361 risk phrase, ensuring high effectiveness and excellent stability throughout the brazing process.
They are REACH compliant and available in different types: powder, paste, or coated rods.
GALFLO – Standard Line
The traditional range of fluxes, developed to ensure consistent performance and versatile use.
Ideal for general brazing applications, it offers excellent oxide removal and good flow characteristics of the filler metal.
Available in various formulations and particle sizes, in powder or paste form.
AVAILABLE FORMS
- Powder
- Paste
- Coated rods
